I'm Doz. I'm an illustrator and painter.
I love to create imaginary worlds where anything is possible. I enjoy creating characters and stories that bring smiles to my collectors. I especially love painting things that are strange and unusual and even find peace and mindfulness myself whilst in my creative process. I primarily use watercolours but I do dip my brushes into oil paint and acrylics from time to time.
I live mostly in the garden in my studio which is often frequented by my three little dogs. They love to snuggle up under my easel whilst I paint! Although sometimes my harmony is disturbed by the sounds of sawing and sanding outside, the Woodman and I often take breaks to share a coffee and a chat before we continue with our creations.
