I started out making items from wood that I would gather along the way that we could use around our home. I soon discovered that friends and family were liking the things I came up with and encouraged me to create more items that people would want to buy. Hence The Woodman was born.
From my little garden workshop beneath the birds in the trees I set about repurposing all kinds of wood such as pine, larch and oak and where necessary stripping and sanding it ready for the new project in mind. I love to come up with unique items that can compliment everyone's home and garden and
pieces they can enjoy for many years to come. A typical day in the work shed can vary from making a number of small wooden key rings, wooden signs and tealight holders, right up to larger pieces including wine racks, wall mounted bars and coffee tables.
